How to read this. Every figure is self-reported by the people keeping logbooks and is not checked. Each outing is capped (480 minutes, 30 people, 40 bags, 500 of any one item, fewer for tires and bulky items), and one logbook adds at most 5,000 items, 120 bags and 62 outings a month to these totals (anything more stays in its own logbook only). That stops any one logbook swamping the figures, but because nothing is checked they can still be overstated. Volunteer hours are minutes times people. These are not official figures of any city or agency.
